BBUK Reveals a Few Secrets and I Rant a Little Bit

In an effort to stir the pot a little, BB come up a drama filled Key Task.  BB placed a video tape in a box sealed by three large padlocks. The first three House Mates to open the padlocks after answering a revealing question about their House Mates, will be allowed to watch the other House Mates audition tapes. Secrets revealed.  Drama begins.
From the eleven questions that were asked, we learned that Sam feels uncomfortable around Jemima due to her sexual innuendos; Dexter thinks that Callum and Charlie are an item and Charlie quickly responds their relationship is platonic (yeah right): Charlie does not think Wolfy likes her: Wolfy thinks that Dexter is a pretender; Callum does like Jemima due to making Sam feel uncomfortable; when asked would nominate, Dexter says that he is thinking of nominating the twins, as he believes that they will win.

Jackie, Gina and Wolfy completed that task and thus, were granted access to all of the housemates’ audition tapes. They learned that Callum slept with a mother and her daughter; that Dexter goes out with several women a month; that Hazel is going to be evil; and other lovely peals of wisdom for the other House Mates.
Other than the Key Task, not much else was going on.  So, that leaves me a little time to rant.  From today's segment, we learned that Wolfy is a little upset about something.  Warning: if you are a Wolfy fan, you might want to skip this paragraph.  Wolfy, shut the hell up.  Your DR and confrontation of Charlie about the “F-Word” (as Wolfy calls it – the word is “fat”) was uncalled for.  First, Charlie did not use the word in a negative or derogatory manner.  She was simply describing how she feels.  There was no reason for you to go off like that.  Second, before you criticize someone for using the “F-Word,” you should check yourself first.  When you where in the tree house and Joe was running across the yard, you yelled at him, “run fatty run.” Now, I ask you, whose use of the “F-Word” was more derogatory? That would be you, Wolfy.  Check yourself, or better yet, just shut the hell up.  Rant over.  Moving on.

Okay, I lied. I have another rant.  As stated above, Gina was one of the three that won the task and was allowed to watch the interview tapes of the other House Mates.  Dexter, during his interview, said that he goes out with 15 to 18 girls a month.  Right after the watching the video, Gina is in the DR and acts all offended that Dexter “sleeps with” and goes out with 18 girls a month.  First, that is not what he said.  He said that he “goes out with” 15 to 18 girls a month.  He did not say that he sleeps with 18 girls a month. I guess that a young unmarried guy is not allowed to go out clubbing…or at least take a date with him when he goes bar hopping.  Gina, shut the hell up.  You, the one that takes over an hour to cake on all that damn makeup, are not self-absorbed at all, right? Remember that other rant when you said that you were making an "effort to get along with these people?" Can you say pretentious? Before you throw stones at Dexter’s life style, you just might want to check your own first.  Just saying.  Gina, you can shut the hell up to.  Okay, I mean it this time, rants over.  Moving on.

Well, that about covers everything that has been going on in the house in the last twenty-four hours.  Don’t forget Monday and the face to face nominations.  Should be a good fun filled drama day.  Can’t wait.  Until then, sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think of the season so far.

The Second HouseMate has been Evicted from BBUK

The votes are in and Jemima, of the Gold Diggers website fame, has been evicted.  As she walked out of the house, she was greeted with a round of "Boos".  Despite the negative response from the crowd, I will say that Jemima handled her self well during her interview with Emma.  Even though I was not a fan, I will give her props for handling herself so well.

In an effort to add a little bit more drama to the house, BB has announced that Monday’s nominations will be face to face.  Can you say, HELL YES!!! There are going to be some butt-hurt people…and it is going to be GREAT!!!  Can you imagine if Gina gets nominated again?  Holy crap!!!  Her rant might hit epic proportions.  It would be glorious!!!

Speaking of butt-hurt people, I will close out this post with two great DR rants from this last week.  Enjoy!!!

On the video below, skip to 17:30 - trust me, it is worth it!!!

Big THANKS to BBUKc for the videos!!!

Gina was Saved from the Public Vote and the HMs Completed the Food Task

As you have probably already heard, Gina was saved from the public vote.  Voting (to evict) continued this morning and based upon all the rumor mills and flash polls, it is looking like Jemima will be getting the boot on Friday.
In what has to be one of the best tasks EVER, the House Mates completed the Quarantine Dead Set food shopping task.  The task split the House Mates into two groups: Jack, Jemima, Jackie, Dexter, Dan, Sam, Sophie and Gina were deemed to be have been infected with a virus and they had to be cured if the house wanted to win a luxury shopping budget.  The six “Safe” House Mates – Wolfy, Charlie, Hazel, Daley, Callum and Joe – had to observe and treat the infected House Mates. To make it even more fun, the infected House Mates had to spend the duration of the task in the Quarantine room.  The funny part is that the task lasted two days. Oh hell yeah.  To be “cured,” the House Mates had to complete various tasks such as drinking vile concoctions. BB did save the best for last.  To be cured, Jack and Jackie had to have part of the head shaved.  That’s right boy and girls.  Shaved.  Think of a reverse mohawk.  Is that not awesome?!?!?  Jack complied, but Jackie back out.  Can’t say that I don’t blame her.  At the end of the second day, enough of the contaminated House Mates were cured that the task was deemed successful.  The House Mates received their luxury shopping spree and all had smiles on their faces.  Well...except for Jack.  He was still a little peved this morning from having his head shaved.  Hehehehe.

In an effort to help pass the time, BB is playing a joke on Jack and Joe.  After being called into the DR, the rest of the House Mates were called into the living room and were provided with an envelope that contained the instructions for today’s task.  Basically, the House Mates have to secretly hide themselves in the storage room without Jack and Joe noticing their disappearance. If the House Mates are successful in tricking Jack and Joe, the house will get a special treat this evening.  Brings back childhood memories of Hide and Seek, doesn’t it?

Well, that is all for now.  Tune in tomorrow to see who will be the second House Mate evicted from the Big Brother house!!!

Dexter Gets a Message from a Tennis Ball and Gina is Sent to BB Jail

Well, it looks like BB needs to beef up security. Somehow, someone got close enough to throw a tennis ball into the backyard.  On the tennis ball was a message to Dexter telling him not to worry that Jemima was leaving on Friday.  None of the House Mates got close enough to the tennis ball to see the full message, but a couple were able to read was the part telling Dexter not to worry. Nice BB, very nice.  If anyone is interested, there is probably a security guard position available with BB.  All applications should be sent to Channel 5. Thanks.

If that was not enough, BB was all over Gina this afternoon.  Apparently, Gina has been hiding alcohol.  Don’t ask.  I have no idea how anyone can hide anything in that house with that many cameras.  My guess is that someone fell asleep at the controls.  Anyway, she pulled out a couple of beers and poured herself a tall cold one.  Instantly, Big Brother was all over her.  There was no "please" from BB.  It was get to the DR NOW.  Of course, Gina being Gina, took her sweet time and was trying to drink the beer as fast as possible.  Of course, this pissed off BB and BB continued to yell at Gina to get to the DR.  Gina finally made it to the DR and a few minutes later, Gina was asking all of the House Mates for any all alcohol that was hidden away.  Once all of the alcohol was back in BB’s hand, Gina was sent to BB Jail.  My guess is that BB is also hiring for a position in the control room.

In other news, on July 6th, Channel 5 is dropping their nightly two hour live streaming from the house.  No reason has been provided, but the rumor mill is saying that is from the dismal rating. To say that it has not been a good day for BB is an understatement.
Don’t forget to tune in tonight to find out who the public saves from possible eviction. Oh, and there is also that other thing that starts tonight…Big Brother US.  If you get the time, drop a line and let me know what you thought of the BB15 season launch. Till next time...Ta Ta.

Fallout From Nominations – Gina’s Rant

Gina was nominated…again.  And to say that she was not happy about it is an understatement.  For her candid and uncensored thoughts about being nominated, check out the clip here: (warning: Graphic Language – Special Thanks to BBUKc5) http://youtu.be/WB8OEEvALvw

Yep, that about sums it up.

It appears that Michael, the People’s Puppet, has caused more damage in the house than I originally gave him credit for.  Other than Dan running around like a chicken without a head accusing Wolfy of being a mole, most of the house now thinks that Dexter has a twin and he has been swapping places in the house with his twin.  These people are going nuts.

In other news, a deadly zombie virus was released in the house and the House Mates had to kill off the virus to pass the “Dead Set” (by Charlie Brooker) inspired food-shopping task.  I have to admit, this was a very cool task.  Green mist; fake news reports; gas masks; and bloody zombies.  What more do you need for a task?  Since it has not aired yet, I don’t want to spoil too much.  But, what I will say, is when it airs tomorrow, it is a must watch. (If you so desire, there is a sneak peak on BBBOTS)

On Wednesday, one of the House Mates that is up for eviction will be saved.  Will it be Dexter, Gina or Jemima? My money is on Gina.  Based upon Tuesday’s episode and her row with...just about everyone, Jemima is about to talk herself straight out the door.  What do you think?  Let us know in the comments below.

BBUK Nominations Are In – Who Will Face the Second Eviction?

The nominations are in and it is Dexter, Gina and Jemima who are up for eviction.  The voting went down as follows:

Dexter – Dan and Jack and Joe
Dan – Dexter and Wolfy
Wolfy – Dexter and Jemima
Hazel – Gina and Dexter
Daley – Gina and Jemima
Callum – Jemima and Gina
Sophie – Dexter and Gina
Sam – Dexter and Gina
Charlie – Jemima and Dexter
Jack and Joe – Dexter and Gina
Jemima – Dexter and Gina
Jackie – Gina and Dexter
Gina – Jemima and Dexter

Dexter received 10 votes; Gina received 8, and Jemima received 5.

Other than the nominations, did you see the BB jail on tonight’s episode?  Is that not wonderful? As I said before, I LOVE the fact that BBUK enforces the rules and actually punishes the rule breakers.

So, now that we know who has been nominated, who do you think will be saved on Wednesday?  My guess is that Dexter has worn out his welcome not only with his fellow House Mates, but the public as well.  My guess is Gina will have the fewest votes to evict come Wednesday.  What do you think?  Who will be saves on Wednesday?  Who will be the second evicted House Mate? Sound off in the comments below and let us know!!!

BBUK Nomination Day!!!

Welcome to, what I am calling, the first REAL nomination day for 2013 BBUK!!!  Okay, Okay…Michael, the People’s Puppet, actually made the first nominations from the “will of the people,” but this will be the first true nominations from the House Mates themselves.  I don’t know if I am more excited for the actual nominations…or all the drama from the fallout after nominations.  Yes, I know, stupid question.  The drama afterwards.  Should be fun!!!

Through the grapevine, I am hearing that nominations will be live.  I am not sure what “Live” means to BBUK this year, but for BBCAN, their definition of “Live” didn’t come close to the definition of “Live” for the…rest of the world.  Either way, by this evening, we should know who is nominated and panic for a couple of people should be sitting in.

Before I get to a breakdown of the remaining HMs, there is one other bit of news I would like to share.  If there is one thing that I LOVE about BBUK, it is that they actually punish the HMs for breaking the rules.  Yes, I know that this is an unknown concept for strictly BBUS fans, but for the rest of the BB world, it is glorious!!! And I LOVE it!!! Over the weekend, there were apparently a couple of HMs – Jackie, Jemima, Joe and Hazel - that decided to discuss nominations.  This is a big “No No” in the BBUK house and of course, Big Brother was watching and listening.  Can you say busted?  Oh, yes we can.  And what delicious punishment did BB hand out to these rule breakers?  They got sent to BB Jail!!! Oh hell yes they did.  Absolutely marvelous!!! As much as I love this, I still have one problem: if Jack and Joe are playing as one, why wasn’t Jack sent to jail as well? Can you imagine the fighting and drama that would have caused between Jack and Joe?  That would have been phenomenal.  BB, you dropped the ball on this one.  Don’t let it happen again.

On with nominations.  Here is a quick breakdown of who is still left in the house and my thoughts on nominations:

Jack and Joe.  Identical twins playing as one.  I know that most people find their banter dry, but I find them hilarious.  So far, they have been mingling with everyone and have managed to stay in the background.  They should be safe this week.

Callum.  My initial thoughts were that he was a douche.  So far, he has been okay.  Other than hitting on Charlie 24 hours a day, he has been a wall flower.  He should also be safe this week.

Jemima.  From a public standpoint, she garnered some sympathy after being formally warned by BB for what BB perceived as racial statements in her “discussions” with Gina.  As for how she is doing with her House Mates, she seems to be on the outside looking in.  She should be concerned this week and I would not be surprised if she is nominated.

Sam.  He started out a little shaky with constant “winkie” comments, but has since calmed down.  I don’t see him as being on any one’s radar.  He should be safe.

Wolfy.  Now, this is a tough one.  Don’t get me wrong, I like Wolfy.  After the beating she took last week, I think she deserves a free pass from nominations.  But, I think the HMs are starting to wonder if she is a little too emotional.  During a comp, it was implied that she might be a mole.  She got upset by this and let everyone know.  In my opinion, bad move.  Now, everyone is looking at her like a whiner.  There are times when you should just shut up.  This was one of them.  Will this affect her to the point of being nominated? Probably not, but I think if she keeps whining, it will not be long before she find herself on the block.

Sophie.  Hang on, which one is she? I think she is the other blond one. Such a wall flower that I think that the other HMs have forgotten that she is even in the house.  I don’t believe that she has anything to worry about.

Dexter.  After getting off the block last week, his blow out with Sallie, and his made up romance with Hazel, I don’t think that there is any doubt that he is going be nominated.  Welcome back to the block Dexter.

Gina.  Initially, I was not a fan.  Still not a fan, but she is starting to grow on me. She stated to show promise with her row with Sallie and Jemima, but she went completely radio silent after being nominated.  I don’t expect to hear much from her this week either.  She should be safe.

Hazel. She has been sitting back and taking everything in.  She appears to be trying to form an alliance with the cool kids, but has not really done anything in furtherance of it. She is very sneaky and should be around for a while.  She is safe this week.

Dan.  He has been stirring it up…a lot lately.  He thinks that he has this game figured out after getting lucky by calling out Michael as a mole.  (By the way, for the diehard fans, Michael was not a mole, he was the People’s Puppet – yes, there is a difference – Google) In fact, I think he has stirred so much up that he just landed himself a spot on the block.  He should be concerned this week.

Daley.  Other than crying in the DR and working out in the yard by himself, he has not had that much of a presence.  He should be okay this week.

Charlie.  She and Callum seem to be hitting it off.  She does complain a lot in the DR about not being able to be herself due to her mom being in the house, but other than that, she has been in the background.  She should be safe this week.

Jackie.  Charlie’s mom.  Everyone seems to like Jackie.  She has been giving dance lesson, telling jokes, and helping cook dinner.  She is not a threat and is probably the safest one in the house.

Okay, there are my thoughts.  We should know in a couple hours who will be up for eviction.  In the meantime, what do you think? Agree or disagree? Sound off in the comments below and let us know!!!
