The Third HouseMate Had Been Evicted And A New Twist Is Announced

Earlier this week, after the nominations were counted, Wolfy, Cullen, Hazel and Charlie were put up for evictions by their HouseMates.  The nominations were made in the DR and the HouseMates were only told who were put for nominations.

But, this is Big Brother and there are always twists.  During this week’s shopping challenge, the HouseMates were showed videos of their nominations.  What is worse, face to face nominations or nominations made in private but later played for everyone? Yeah, no doubt the latter.  And talk about a few bruised egos and hurt feelings…this is why I love BBUK!!! Watching the awkwardness of the person who is nominating and the person who they are talking about was absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you Big Brother!!!

Anyway, on with the third HouseMate to be evicted.  In an effort to tease the HouseMates and create a little more tension, Emma announced that Cullen was safe from the eviction and received the fewest votes.  But enough of that, you want to know who was evicted, right? Well, the third HouseMate to be evicted is Wolfy!!!

If you are a fan of Wolfy, don’t fret.  If BBBOTS maintains it’s past MO, you will get to see Wolfy every night for the next week.  Yee freaking haw!!! Okay, not really.  Hopefully they have a spittoon on the set.

In another twist, BB tells Gina, Dexter, and Charlie that they have been evicted from the safe house of luxury.  After hearing this news, Gina’s face was priceless!!! It was as is someone had taken away her best friend...her credit cards!!! Brilliant Big Brother, simply brilliant!!! Hold on, there is more wonderful news: the safe house of luxury can’t remain vacant so, two new House Mates will move in Saturday…and they will be immune from next week’s eviction.  Again Big Brother, Brilliant!!! Now, for the bad news: you can’t just vote for one HouseMate, you have to vote for a pair.  Bad Big Brother, Bad, Bad, Bad.  Anyway, here are the pairs:

Jackie and Callum
Dexter and Charlie
Sam and Sophie
Hazel and Daley
Jake and Joe
Gina and Dan

So, are you happy Wolfy has been evicted? Who do you think should be voted into the safe house of luxury? Let us know in the comments below.

BBUK Nomination Day!!! Plus a New Nomination Twist!!!

It’s nomination day!!! As an added twist to the fake eviction twist, Gina and Dexter get to watch the House Mates in the DR make their nominations and the reason for their nominations.  Talk about getting a lot of valuable information…should be interesting when they finally leave the secret house of luxury.

As for the votes, here ya go:

Jack and Joe – Charlie and Wolfy
Callum – Wolfy and Hazel
Dan – Wolfy and Callum
Sam – Wolfy and Sophie
Jackie – Wolfy and Callum
Hazel – Callum and Wolfy
Daley – Callum and Wolfy
Charlie – Wolfy and Callum
Wolfy – Charlie and Dan
Sophie – Sam and Hazel

So, up for nomination this week is Wolfy, Callum, Charlie and Hazel…well, kind of.  In what is turning out to be the summer of the twists, Big Brother has thrown another twist in the mix: Gina and Dexter get to take one House Mate off the block and put up for eviction of their choice.  Can you say WOW!!! I know I can.  WOW!!!

Who do you think Gina and Dexter should take off the block?  Who should be their replacement nominee? Let us know in the comments below and tune in tomorrow to find out who Gina and Dexter saved and nominated.

Who is Going Into the House of Luxury on Tonight's BBUK

As you know, instead of an eviction this week, two House Mates will be sent to a secret safe house of luxury.  Even though I like this twist, I don’t like how BB has aligned the voting.  Instead of being allowed to vote for an individual House Mate, you have to vote for the team of Dan and Wolfy or the team of Gina and Dexter.  The pair voted into the secret safe house of luxury will watch the House Mates every move in the main house while, as BB said, “wreaking havoc” and “causing chaos.” The House Mates that win the vote will also be immune from next week’s nominations.  The votes will be reveled live on Friday night’s show.  Now, get out there and vote for Dexter and Gina!!!

In other news, BB is doing what I love the most: locking up House Mates for breaking the rules.  Yesterday, during a conversation with Jack and Wolfy, Sophie said, “Does it get to the point where you have to start nominating people you like, because I don’t think I could ever nominate you.”  And with something that benign, off to jail she goes.

So, what so you think of the twist? Is it an effort by BB to try to save someone that was getting ready to get evicted? Who do you want in the house of luxury? Sound off in the comments below and let us know.

Wolfy Claims That She Will Be In the Finals

There is a rumor floating around that the House Mates will vote Wednesday to save one of the nominated House Mates from the public vote.  This rumor actually has legs as four House Mates are up for eviction (usually only three) and the phone lines have not yet opened up for votes.  Very interesting.

Is it me, or has Wolfy changed since the first couple of days? The happy go-lucky Wolfy is gone and instead, we have this:

I do believe that the pubic will make that decision Wolfy.  And with statements like that, it would not surprise me that she finds herself walking out the door on Friday.

Dexter claims that he would have nominated Wolfy and Jackie.  If this is true, Dan would have not been up for the public vote...maybe.

What are your thoughts?  Has Wolfy changed? Should she be voted out?  Sound off and let us know what you think.

Nomination Day in the BBUK House - Dexter, Dan, Wolfy, and Gina Are Up for Eviction

In nomination day in the BBUK house.  This week though, is a little different.  This week, they have to make their nominations Face to Face.  But, before we get to that, we have rule breakers to deal with.

It appears that that Dan, Dexter, and Gina broke the rules regarding discussing nominations and were sent to BB Jail.  The discussion centered around whom they nominated and who nominated them last week. And, to rub it in BB style, BB told them that they were going to get photos from home, but due to the rule breakers, no one will receive photos from home.  Got to love BB, constantly pushing the drama.  As I have said in previous posts, it is so refreshing to see BB actually enforce the rules and then punish the rule breakers.

In a complete inability to understand the rules, Dexter thinks that he discovered a way to “rig” the results.  Instead of keeping his mouth shut, Dexter can’t help himself and tells Gina all about it.  Dexter tells Gina that, “I was thinking last night, it is quite easy to change the whole show.”  Gina asks Dexter to tell her more.  “Obviously you can’t talk about nominations, because you’ll get in trouble, but if five or six people decided to vote the same way, it would drastically change the outcome,” Dexter advised Gina,  “It has to be six, six is the magic number.”  After thinking about it for a few seconds, realizes that Dexter’s plan actually has merit and tells Dexter that they will need to be smart and have a “thinking strategy.” Dexter further advises that, “even if you did it strategically, not all in one go, it was like one, then the next week, then one, then eventually you’d have the ideal sort of format at the end. As the weeks go by, it should make it a lot easier. To pull it off, whoever’s got the fucking genius to pull it off is the person, I don’t think I can because I don’t have enough clout, but it is doable.”

This illegal little strategy did not go unnoticed by Big Brother and as a result, Dexter was not allowed to nominate any House Mate for eviction.  A fairly harsh penalty, but still yet, Dexter knew the rules and knowing violated the rules.  Again, it is so nice to see that the rules enforced and that the violators are punished.

All right, on with nominations.  I have to admit, I greatly enjoyed the Face to Face nominations and that they have to face the person that they are nominating and explain why they are nominating them.  Since these people don’t hold back, it absolutely brilliant.  With that, here are the nominations:

Wolfy nominated Dexter and Dan
Dan nominated Wolfy and Dexter
Hazel nominated Gina and Dexter
Jackie nominated Dexter and Gina
Daley nominated Gina and Dexter
Gina nominated Hazel and Jackie
Sam nominated Dexter and Sophie
Sophie nominated Dexter and Sam
Callum nominated Dexter and Dan
Charlie nominated Dexter and Wolfy
Jack and Joe nominated Dexter and Gina

Dexter received 10 nominations; Gina received 4 nominations; and Dan and Wolfy received 2 nominations.  Since there was a tie for third, both Dan and Wolfy will be up for eviction.  There you have it.  This week, up for eviction is Dexter, Gina, Dan, and Wolfy.

Where the right House Mates nominated?  Who will be saves on Wednesday? Will one or two House Mates be saved on Wednesday?  Sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think.

BBUK Reveals a Few Secrets and I Rant a Little Bit

In an effort to stir the pot a little, BB come up a drama filled Key Task.  BB placed a video tape in a box sealed by three large padlocks. The first three House Mates to open the padlocks after answering a revealing question about their House Mates, will be allowed to watch the other House Mates audition tapes. Secrets revealed.  Drama begins.
From the eleven questions that were asked, we learned that Sam feels uncomfortable around Jemima due to her sexual innuendos; Dexter thinks that Callum and Charlie are an item and Charlie quickly responds their relationship is platonic (yeah right): Charlie does not think Wolfy likes her: Wolfy thinks that Dexter is a pretender; Callum does like Jemima due to making Sam feel uncomfortable; when asked would nominate, Dexter says that he is thinking of nominating the twins, as he believes that they will win.

Jackie, Gina and Wolfy completed that task and thus, were granted access to all of the housemates’ audition tapes. They learned that Callum slept with a mother and her daughter; that Dexter goes out with several women a month; that Hazel is going to be evil; and other lovely peals of wisdom for the other House Mates.
Other than the Key Task, not much else was going on.  So, that leaves me a little time to rant.  From today's segment, we learned that Wolfy is a little upset about something.  Warning: if you are a Wolfy fan, you might want to skip this paragraph.  Wolfy, shut the hell up.  Your DR and confrontation of Charlie about the “F-Word” (as Wolfy calls it – the word is “fat”) was uncalled for.  First, Charlie did not use the word in a negative or derogatory manner.  She was simply describing how she feels.  There was no reason for you to go off like that.  Second, before you criticize someone for using the “F-Word,” you should check yourself first.  When you where in the tree house and Joe was running across the yard, you yelled at him, “run fatty run.” Now, I ask you, whose use of the “F-Word” was more derogatory? That would be you, Wolfy.  Check yourself, or better yet, just shut the hell up.  Rant over.  Moving on.

Okay, I lied. I have another rant.  As stated above, Gina was one of the three that won the task and was allowed to watch the interview tapes of the other House Mates.  Dexter, during his interview, said that he goes out with 15 to 18 girls a month.  Right after the watching the video, Gina is in the DR and acts all offended that Dexter “sleeps with” and goes out with 18 girls a month.  First, that is not what he said.  He said that he “goes out with” 15 to 18 girls a month.  He did not say that he sleeps with 18 girls a month. I guess that a young unmarried guy is not allowed to go out clubbing…or at least take a date with him when he goes bar hopping.  Gina, shut the hell up.  You, the one that takes over an hour to cake on all that damn makeup, are not self-absorbed at all, right? Remember that other rant when you said that you were making an "effort to get along with these people?" Can you say pretentious? Before you throw stones at Dexter’s life style, you just might want to check your own first.  Just saying.  Gina, you can shut the hell up to.  Okay, I mean it this time, rants over.  Moving on.

Well, that about covers everything that has been going on in the house in the last twenty-four hours.  Don’t forget Monday and the face to face nominations.  Should be a good fun filled drama day.  Can’t wait.  Until then, sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think of the season so far.

BBUK Nomination Day!!!

Welcome to, what I am calling, the first REAL nomination day for 2013 BBUK!!!  Okay, Okay…Michael, the People’s Puppet, actually made the first nominations from the “will of the people,” but this will be the first true nominations from the House Mates themselves.  I don’t know if I am more excited for the actual nominations…or all the drama from the fallout after nominations.  Yes, I know, stupid question.  The drama afterwards.  Should be fun!!!

Through the grapevine, I am hearing that nominations will be live.  I am not sure what “Live” means to BBUK this year, but for BBCAN, their definition of “Live” didn’t come close to the definition of “Live” for the…rest of the world.  Either way, by this evening, we should know who is nominated and panic for a couple of people should be sitting in.

Before I get to a breakdown of the remaining HMs, there is one other bit of news I would like to share.  If there is one thing that I LOVE about BBUK, it is that they actually punish the HMs for breaking the rules.  Yes, I know that this is an unknown concept for strictly BBUS fans, but for the rest of the BB world, it is glorious!!! And I LOVE it!!! Over the weekend, there were apparently a couple of HMs – Jackie, Jemima, Joe and Hazel - that decided to discuss nominations.  This is a big “No No” in the BBUK house and of course, Big Brother was watching and listening.  Can you say busted?  Oh, yes we can.  And what delicious punishment did BB hand out to these rule breakers?  They got sent to BB Jail!!! Oh hell yes they did.  Absolutely marvelous!!! As much as I love this, I still have one problem: if Jack and Joe are playing as one, why wasn’t Jack sent to jail as well? Can you imagine the fighting and drama that would have caused between Jack and Joe?  That would have been phenomenal.  BB, you dropped the ball on this one.  Don’t let it happen again.

On with nominations.  Here is a quick breakdown of who is still left in the house and my thoughts on nominations:

Jack and Joe.  Identical twins playing as one.  I know that most people find their banter dry, but I find them hilarious.  So far, they have been mingling with everyone and have managed to stay in the background.  They should be safe this week.

Callum.  My initial thoughts were that he was a douche.  So far, he has been okay.  Other than hitting on Charlie 24 hours a day, he has been a wall flower.  He should also be safe this week.

Jemima.  From a public standpoint, she garnered some sympathy after being formally warned by BB for what BB perceived as racial statements in her “discussions” with Gina.  As for how she is doing with her House Mates, she seems to be on the outside looking in.  She should be concerned this week and I would not be surprised if she is nominated.

Sam.  He started out a little shaky with constant “winkie” comments, but has since calmed down.  I don’t see him as being on any one’s radar.  He should be safe.

Wolfy.  Now, this is a tough one.  Don’t get me wrong, I like Wolfy.  After the beating she took last week, I think she deserves a free pass from nominations.  But, I think the HMs are starting to wonder if she is a little too emotional.  During a comp, it was implied that she might be a mole.  She got upset by this and let everyone know.  In my opinion, bad move.  Now, everyone is looking at her like a whiner.  There are times when you should just shut up.  This was one of them.  Will this affect her to the point of being nominated? Probably not, but I think if she keeps whining, it will not be long before she find herself on the block.

Sophie.  Hang on, which one is she? I think she is the other blond one. Such a wall flower that I think that the other HMs have forgotten that she is even in the house.  I don’t believe that she has anything to worry about.

Dexter.  After getting off the block last week, his blow out with Sallie, and his made up romance with Hazel, I don’t think that there is any doubt that he is going be nominated.  Welcome back to the block Dexter.

Gina.  Initially, I was not a fan.  Still not a fan, but she is starting to grow on me. She stated to show promise with her row with Sallie and Jemima, but she went completely radio silent after being nominated.  I don’t expect to hear much from her this week either.  She should be safe.

Hazel. She has been sitting back and taking everything in.  She appears to be trying to form an alliance with the cool kids, but has not really done anything in furtherance of it. She is very sneaky and should be around for a while.  She is safe this week.

Dan.  He has been stirring it up…a lot lately.  He thinks that he has this game figured out after getting lucky by calling out Michael as a mole.  (By the way, for the diehard fans, Michael was not a mole, he was the People’s Puppet – yes, there is a difference – Google) In fact, I think he has stirred so much up that he just landed himself a spot on the block.  He should be concerned this week.

Daley.  Other than crying in the DR and working out in the yard by himself, he has not had that much of a presence.  He should be okay this week.

Charlie.  She and Callum seem to be hitting it off.  She does complain a lot in the DR about not being able to be herself due to her mom being in the house, but other than that, she has been in the background.  She should be safe this week.

Jackie.  Charlie’s mom.  Everyone seems to like Jackie.  She has been giving dance lesson, telling jokes, and helping cook dinner.  She is not a threat and is probably the safest one in the house.

Okay, there are my thoughts.  We should know in a couple hours who will be up for eviction.  In the meantime, what do you think? Agree or disagree? Sound off in the comments below and let us know!!!
