Twas the night before nominations, and all through the house, the HOH could not make a decision, so she decided to let her showmance decide for her.
Jillian is set on keeping Talla, but couldn't decide between evicting Andrew or Peter, so she left the decision to Emmett. Emmett flip-flopped a little but settled on keeping Peter while nominating him now with Talla, and trying to backdoor Andrew. Jillian decided that she needed to talk to Peter immediately to lock in his trust if that was indeed going to be the play.
Emmett roused Peter from bed for an intense one-on-one chat with Jillian, which was only interrupted when Andrew came up to hydrate Jillian (since the Haves must be waited on by the Have Nots for the next 72 hours - this BBUK/BBUS hybrid stuff really is keeping the feeds hopping).
Jillian pitched to Peter that she trusts him ("85%!") and fears Andrew, which is a bit of an exaggeration. But she did tell him their current plan (as of tonight) - to nominate Peter and Talla, hope that Peter/Emmett/Jillian win POV, and get Andrew up and out.
There's one catch to that, of course.
That catch, which could put a crimp in Jillian and Emmett's plan, would be if Andrew wins the Power of Veto. Here's the part where that gets fun - if Peter is smart enough to think of it (which is debatable):
Peter now knows that Jillian and Emmett are "150% serious" about booting Andrew. Whether or not they follow through, if Andrew wins Veto and Peter can convince Andrew that this actually is real, then Peter has a tempting (if dangerous) proposal for Andrew:
Take Talla off the block.
Peter can stay on the block, Talla and Andrew can unite, and they can both vote out the only person left to go on the block. Wait, who is that again? Oh, right...
It would be an epic move, and is actually far more feasible than any of the crap Peter and Alec were trying to pull last week.
The question is, will Peter get there? All he has to do now is hold on to Emmett and Jillian's trust, and start planting seeds to Andrew to further open up the wedge between him and Emmett.
He also should have serious reasons to doubt Jillian at this point. She may be telling him the truth (well, today's version of it, anyway), but he still needs to take his life into his own hands. Peter's safest immediate move is to save himself from the block and get Andrew out - the showmance may live on, but then Peter definitely will, too.
