Despite Daley Being Ejected, Nominations Carry On for BBUK

Despite Daley being ejected from the house, the show must go on.  And on it went with nominations.  The bad part about nominations is that we had to watch BBBOTS to find out who was nominated.  Before we get to who was nominated, I only have one question:  What in the hell is on Rylan’s lips?  Does he not have a makeup artist to help him prep for the show?  Did he not look in the mirror before going on the show?  Then again, this is Rylan we are talking about. Who the hell knows what it is.  Moving on.

Due to Daley being ejected, we did not get to see who nominated who and why.  For me, that is the fun part.  Oh well. I guess I will have to miss out.  This week, up for the public vote to evict is Callum, Dexter, Gina, Jackie, and Jack and Joe.

So, is this a surprise to any one? Who do you want to see walk out the door on Friday? Jackie? Callum? Sound off in the comments below and let us know.

BBUK HouseMate Daley Has Been Removed from the Big Brother House

Channel 5 has confirmed that Boxer Daley Ojuederie has been removed from the BBUK house for aggressive behavior.
Hazel and Daley had been voted by the public into the secret house of luxury on Saturday.  From the live feeds, it appears that Hazel and Daley were having an argument about his covers when Daley slapped Hazel on her ass as she was lying in her bed.  Click on the link below to check out the video by Dr. Detroit @BBCouchPotatoes:
The rumor is that was further “interaction” between Hazel and Daley than what is shown in the video above.  Still yet, Daley remained in the house overnight and was ejected this afternoon.  The official comment from Channel 5 is as follows: “Due to threatening and aggressive behaviour towards Hazel O’Sullivan we have taken the decision to remove Daley Ojuederie from the Big Brother House.”
This is the first HouseMate to be forcibly evicted from a Channel 5 series of Big Brother.
No word on how this will affect nominations tonight.  Tune in to Dr. Detroit - @BBcouchPotatoes – this evening 12AM BST for a live podcast about Daley’s ejection from the house, special guest Marcus Bentley and all other things BBUK.

UPDATE:
Channel 5 has released the following dialog that occurred between Daley and Hazel during the altercation:

Daley: Do you want me to go f****** mad now?”
Hazel: “Yeah… you should do it.”

Daley: “Do you remember when I said yeah when I go mad it’s f****** scary… doesn’t mean I’m gonna hit you but it’s scary s**t.”
Hazel: “Go for it.”

Daley: “Have some respect for your f****** elders, yeah do you understand me? Cos if you don’t… I’ll finish you…”
Daley: “Respect your f****** elders, before I nut you one.”

It is expected that Channel 5 will address the removal of Daley from the house during the live show tonight.

BBUK Nomination Day!!!

Welcome to, what I am calling, the first REAL nomination day for 2013 BBUK!!!  Okay, Okay…Michael, the People’s Puppet, actually made the first nominations from the “will of the people,” but this will be the first true nominations from the House Mates themselves.  I don’t know if I am more excited for the actual nominations…or all the drama from the fallout after nominations.  Yes, I know, stupid question.  The drama afterwards.  Should be fun!!!

Through the grapevine, I am hearing that nominations will be live.  I am not sure what “Live” means to BBUK this year, but for BBCAN, their definition of “Live” didn’t come close to the definition of “Live” for the…rest of the world.  Either way, by this evening, we should know who is nominated and panic for a couple of people should be sitting in.

Before I get to a breakdown of the remaining HMs, there is one other bit of news I would like to share.  If there is one thing that I LOVE about BBUK, it is that they actually punish the HMs for breaking the rules.  Yes, I know that this is an unknown concept for strictly BBUS fans, but for the rest of the BB world, it is glorious!!! And I LOVE it!!! Over the weekend, there were apparently a couple of HMs – Jackie, Jemima, Joe and Hazel - that decided to discuss nominations.  This is a big “No No” in the BBUK house and of course, Big Brother was watching and listening.  Can you say busted?  Oh, yes we can.  And what delicious punishment did BB hand out to these rule breakers?  They got sent to BB Jail!!! Oh hell yes they did.  Absolutely marvelous!!! As much as I love this, I still have one problem: if Jack and Joe are playing as one, why wasn’t Jack sent to jail as well? Can you imagine the fighting and drama that would have caused between Jack and Joe?  That would have been phenomenal.  BB, you dropped the ball on this one.  Don’t let it happen again.

On with nominations.  Here is a quick breakdown of who is still left in the house and my thoughts on nominations:

Jack and Joe.  Identical twins playing as one.  I know that most people find their banter dry, but I find them hilarious.  So far, they have been mingling with everyone and have managed to stay in the background.  They should be safe this week.

Callum.  My initial thoughts were that he was a douche.  So far, he has been okay.  Other than hitting on Charlie 24 hours a day, he has been a wall flower.  He should also be safe this week.

Jemima.  From a public standpoint, she garnered some sympathy after being formally warned by BB for what BB perceived as racial statements in her “discussions” with Gina.  As for how she is doing with her House Mates, she seems to be on the outside looking in.  She should be concerned this week and I would not be surprised if she is nominated.

Sam.  He started out a little shaky with constant “winkie” comments, but has since calmed down.  I don’t see him as being on any one’s radar.  He should be safe.

Wolfy.  Now, this is a tough one.  Don’t get me wrong, I like Wolfy.  After the beating she took last week, I think she deserves a free pass from nominations.  But, I think the HMs are starting to wonder if she is a little too emotional.  During a comp, it was implied that she might be a mole.  She got upset by this and let everyone know.  In my opinion, bad move.  Now, everyone is looking at her like a whiner.  There are times when you should just shut up.  This was one of them.  Will this affect her to the point of being nominated? Probably not, but I think if she keeps whining, it will not be long before she find herself on the block.

Sophie.  Hang on, which one is she? I think she is the other blond one. Such a wall flower that I think that the other HMs have forgotten that she is even in the house.  I don’t believe that she has anything to worry about.

Dexter.  After getting off the block last week, his blow out with Sallie, and his made up romance with Hazel, I don’t think that there is any doubt that he is going be nominated.  Welcome back to the block Dexter.

Gina.  Initially, I was not a fan.  Still not a fan, but she is starting to grow on me. She stated to show promise with her row with Sallie and Jemima, but she went completely radio silent after being nominated.  I don’t expect to hear much from her this week either.  She should be safe.

Hazel. She has been sitting back and taking everything in.  She appears to be trying to form an alliance with the cool kids, but has not really done anything in furtherance of it. She is very sneaky and should be around for a while.  She is safe this week.

Dan.  He has been stirring it up…a lot lately.  He thinks that he has this game figured out after getting lucky by calling out Michael as a mole.  (By the way, for the diehard fans, Michael was not a mole, he was the People’s Puppet – yes, there is a difference – Google) In fact, I think he has stirred so much up that he just landed himself a spot on the block.  He should be concerned this week.

Daley.  Other than crying in the DR and working out in the yard by himself, he has not had that much of a presence.  He should be okay this week.

Charlie.  She and Callum seem to be hitting it off.  She does complain a lot in the DR about not being able to be herself due to her mom being in the house, but other than that, she has been in the background.  She should be safe this week.

Jackie.  Charlie’s mom.  Everyone seems to like Jackie.  She has been giving dance lesson, telling jokes, and helping cook dinner.  She is not a threat and is probably the safest one in the house.

Okay, there are my thoughts.  We should know in a couple hours who will be up for eviction.  In the meantime, what do you think? Agree or disagree? Sound off in the comments below and let us know!!!
